
This recipe goes to Srivalli's Rice mela event.

Here comes the recipe,
INGREDIENTS:
Rice - 1 cup
Mint - 1 small bunch
Coriander leaves - 1 small bunch
Curry leaves - 1/4 cup
Green Chillies - 2
Coconut - 3 pieces
Salt to taste
Cloves- 2
Cinnamon - 2
Star anasi - 1
Onion - 1 big
Garlic cloves - 3
Ginger - 1 small piece
Bay leaves - 1
For Masala :
Grind mint,coriander and curry leaves,green chillies, coconut , ginger and garlic with very little water.
METHOD OF PREPARATION :
1) Heat oil or ghee in a pressure cooker.Once hot,add cloves,cinnamon,bay leaves,anasi and chopped onion.Fry till onion becomes soft.
2) Add grinded masala and little salt.Fry them till the raw smell leaves.
3) Finally add rice and mix them well.Add 2 cups of water and keep for 3 whistles.
4) Turn off the flame.Once the steam leaves,stir them well and serve hot with raitha.
