BENGALI FISH ORLY / FISH FRY


Bengali cuisine includes many signature fish recipes. This fry is a simple and differently flavoured. 

INGREDIENTS : 

Fish -- 5 pieces
Wheat flour - 1 tsp 
Corn flour -- 1 tsp 
Egg- 1

To Grind :
Onion - 1/2
Ginger - garlic paste -- 1 tsp 
Turmeric powder -- a pinch
Garam masala -- 1 tsp 
Green Chillies -- 4 
Salt to taste 
 

METHOD OF PREPARATION : 

1) Marinate fish with the grinded paste for 1 hour .



2) Meanwhile mix wheat flour,corn flour ,egg and salt in a bowl of little water .Dip the pieces in the batter and fry them .



   
 Serve hot with rice .

Sounds great!You could try adding coriander leaves to the grinding masala the next time,it will add a great flavor :)
