NUTS HALWA (Cashews, Almonds, Pista)


INGREDIENTS :

  • Cashew, Badam, Pista - ( dry roast them, powder it a bit coarsely) - 1 cup
  • Milk powder - 2 tbsps.
  • Cane sugar- 1 cup
  • Ghee 

METHOD OF PREPARATION : 

 1) Boil cane sugar with sufficient water, wait till the sugar is dissolved completely and thickens . 



2) Slowly add milk powder and blended nuts powder .Stir it continuously without any lumps . 



3) Stir it properly till it comes to proper consistency. Add a ladle of ghee. Mix it well, the halwa comes out without sticking to the pan.
