White Rava - 1 cup
Green pepper - 1
Salt to taste.
Curry and coriander leaves.
Mustard , urat dal - 1/2 tsp
Mixed veggies of ur choice (beans/potato/carrot) --- 1 cup
METHOD OF PREPARATION:1)Dry fry rava till the flavour spreads and keep aside.
2) Heat oil in a pan.Add mustard,urat dal,capsicum and curry leaves .
3) Then add chopped onion .Once onion becomes tender,add veggies .Sprinkle little water ,cook till tender.
4) Add sufficient water (depends ) with little salt .
5) When it starts boiling add roasted rava.Cover with a lid and cook till rava is well cooked .
