BROCOLLI STIR FRY


INGREDIENTS :

Brocolli - 1 big 
Jeera powder - 1 1/2 tsps
Salt to taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

1) Heat oil in a flat pan .
2) Once hot add brocolli florets .
3) Sprinkle little water and salt .Cover with a lid .Cook in slow flame for 5-10 minutes till done.
4) Add jeera powder , mix it up well for 5 minutes .

Remove from flame and serve hot with rice /roti.
