Fresh curd - 1/2 cup
Spinach - 1 handful
Garlic roasted - 5 cloves
Roasted jeera - 1 tsp
Green chillies - 2 chopped
Salt to taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION :
1) Boil spinach and keep aside .
2) Beaten up the curd with little water and asafoetida for fresh buttermilk.
3) Then , add spinach and other ingredients to it and mix it up well.
Serve with Rice / Drink as such .
