VEGETABLE OATS PORRIDGE



INGREDIENTS :

Oats - 1/2 cup
Water - 3/4 cup or sufficient
Boiled vegetables - 1 cup of Potato,Peas,Carrot,Spinach
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Crushed pepper - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

1. Boil oats with water .
2. When half cooked , mix boiled veggies to to it with salt and all spice powders .
3.Stir it continuously till done . Serve with crushed pepper to it.

Linking it with Potluck party by Jagruti .
