SAPOTA MILKSHAKE



INGREDIENTS :

Sapota/Chickoo - 6-10 ripen
Milk - 1/2 cup
Badam milk powder - 1/2 tsp
Sugar/honey - as per your taste.

METHOD OF PREPARATION :


  1. Wash and peel the skin of the fruit and de-seed them.
  2. Chopped them finely and blend it with milk,badam mix and sugar well in a blender,
  3. Serve chilled.

Super rich Milk shake. There is a shop in chennai (second line beach), where they make this milk shake and they are kinda specialist for this. Your looks super good Shama..
