Mushroom Noodles



INGREDIENTS :

Mushroom -  200 gms
Salt to taste
Chicken fry masala - 1 tsp
Noodles - 1 pack

Noodles masala - 1 packChilli sauce - 1/4 tsp

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

1) Saute mushroom well in oil with the all spice mix till done .
2)Boil noodles and strain the water.

3)Saute noodles in a spoon of oil.Add masala to it. Finally , mix it up with mushroom .

Serve with sauce.

PASTADOODLES

Ingredients:

 Pasta : 1 pkt, 
 Noodles : 1 pkt, 
 Capsicum : 1 medium chopped,
 Peas : 1 cup,
 Corn : 1 cup (optional),
 Garam masala : 1/2 table spoon,
 Spring onions : 2 sprigs,
  Oil - 1/2 t.spoon,
  Jeera - 1/2 teaspoon    

   
Preparation:

 1)  In a vessel boil pasta till its half done. Then drain off the water and rinse the pasta in cold water and leave it aside. 

2) In a kadai, add oil and jeera. When Jeera splutters add spring onions, peas, corn, capsicum and fry. Then add water and salt to the mixture. 
3) Once water starts boiling add garam masala and noodles and the boiled pasta to it. 

4) Once the pastadles are done, add some tomato sauce and serve hot. 

5) Carrots and cabbages can be added to give it an oriental touch. I had purposely avoided tomatoes and added sauce at the end.

SPINACH NOODLES




INGREDIENTS :

Noodles - 1 packet
Noodle masala - 1 packet
Spinach - 1/2 bunch

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

1) Cook noodles with sufficient water and a spoon of oil with noodles masala till done.
2) Meanwhile , cook spinach with little water till done and grind it .
3) Remove both from the flame and mix together well before serving .

CHICKEN NOODLES


INGREDIENTS :

  • Noodles - 1 packet (Maggi noodles)
  • Chicken (boneless) - 100 gas
  • Onion -  1 fined sliced
  • Biriyani powder - 1 tsp
  • Sour Chilli sauce - 2 tbsps
  • Salt to taste

Marinate chicken with ginger-garlic paste, curd, turmeric powder, chilli powder and Salt for an hour.

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

1) Heat oil in a pan . Saute onion till tender .

2) Add chicken to it and mix it well, till the chicken leaves out water. Add little water and cover with a lid till done.

3) Once cooked, add sauce and salt.Mix it well for few minutes. Followed by a spoon of biriyani powder.

4) Add sufficient water, bring it to boil.

6) Add noodles to it . Slightly mix it . Cover with a lid and cook till done. Remove from flame and serve hot .

EGGY CHICKEN NOODLES













INGREDIENTS :


Chicken Noodles - 1 packet
Onion - 1Salt to taste
HP Brown sauce - 2 tsps
Eggs - 2






METHOD OF PREPARATION :


1 ) Heat oil in a kadai . Add sliced onion and fry till transparent.
2) Add sufficient water and allow it to with chicken noodles masala and a spoon of oil .
3) When it starts boiling , add noodles and cook till done.
4) Then add beaten eggs to it and mix it well , followed by HP brown sauce till done.


Garnish with Coriander leaves and Oregano seasoning. Linking it up with Fast Food Event - Noodles by me

CREAMY NOODLES




INGREDIENTS :


Noodles - 1 packet
Onion - 1
Salt to taste
Veggies - 1/2 cup
Milk cream - 2 tsps
Tomato sauce - 2 tsps



METHOD OF PREPARATION :


1 ) Heat oil in a kadai . Add sliced onion and fry till transparent.
2) Add sufficient water with veggies and cook till done .
3) Then , add half cooked noodles and cream and sauce.Cook till done.

Garnish with Coriander leaves and Oregano seasoning. Linking it up with Fast Food Event - Noodles by me

NOODLES VEGGIE BIRIYANI





INGREDIENTS :


Noodles - 1 packet
Veggies - 1 cup
Tomato - 1
Onion - 1
Yellow pepper - 1

Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Cinnamon - 2
Cloves - 1
Bay leaves - 1
Salt to taste

Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder -- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder -- 1 tsp
Pudina
Coriander leaves

Cashews and Raisins - few
METHOD OF PREPARATION :


1 ) Heat oil in a kadai . Add whole spices till the flavour rules out .Followed by sliced onion and fry till transparent.
2) Add chopped tomato and fry till it mixes well with onion.
3) Add ginger  paste,pepper, pudina,coriander leaves and bay leaves.
4) Then add all the powders ,land salt. Add pressure cooked veggies,cook for 2 whistles.Strain the water.
5)  Boil noodles in the vegtable stock with a spoon of oil till done .
6) Once done , mix noodles with the masala .


Garnish with Coriander leavesand roasted cashews + Raisin. Linking it up with Fast Food Event - Noodles by me .
