NOODLES TOPPED WITH GARLIC SAUTEED MUSHROOMS




INGREDIENTS :

  • Noodles  - 1 packet
  • Garlic cloves- 6; crushed
  • Soy sauce  -  2 tsp
  • Spring onion - 1; finely diced
  • Maggie masala - 1 packet
  • Mushroom - 100 gms
  • Tomato sauce - 1 tsp
  • Dried mint - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION :


1) Cook noodles with Maggie masala. Toss it up with oil to avoid sticking . Transfer it to a bowl.


2) Meanwhile ,  saute garlic, spring onion, mushroom till tender .


3) Then, toss it up with sauces , dried mint and little salt .

PRAWN CHEESE PASTA



INGREDIENTS :

Pasta - 200 gms
Prawns - 100 gms
Egg - 1
Cheese -2 slices
Salt to taste
Tomato sauce- 2 tsps


METHOD OF PREPARATION :

1 ) Heat oil in a kadai . Fry prawns with chillipowder, salt and turmeric powder till done . 
2) Boil pasta  with a spoon of oil till done .
3) Once done , mix pasta with the prawns and sauce in slow flame and add cheese .Mix it up well .Serve hot.

CHEESY VEGETABLES PASTA IN RED SAUCE



INGREDIENTS :

  • Farfelle - 500 gms
  • Veggies - 1 cup
  • Cheese -2 slices
  • Salt to taste



FOR RED SAUCE :

  • Soak two tomatoes (big) and dried red chillies in hot water for an hour and then grind them finely to a paste.
  • Mix 2 tsp of Plain flour in water without any lumps and keep it aside. Add little milk to it.

Heat butter in a pan. Once it gets melted, pour in the flour water and saute till it comes to a thick consistency, mix the tomato paste and mix it it thickens.




METHOD OF PREPARATION :

1 ) Heat oil in a pan. Saute the vegetables well with Salt till cooked . 


2) Meanwhile , Boil pasta  in a separate pan. Drain the stock and keep aside. 


3) Once the vegetables are cooked, mix pasta and the prepared sauce to it. Mix it well. Add grated Cheese before removing from the flame.


Serve hot.

PASTA BIRIYANI




INGREDIENTS :


Pasta - 1 packet
Veggies - 1 cup
Tomato - 1
Onion - 1
Green pepper - 1

Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Cinnamon - 2
Cloves - 1
Bay leaves - 1
Salt to taste

Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder -- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder -- 1 tsp
Pudina
Coriander leaves


METHOD OF PREPARATION :


1 ) Heat oil in a kadai . Add whole spices till the flavour rules out .Followed by sliced onion and fry till transparent.
2) Add chopped tomato and fry till it mixes well with onion.
3) Add ginger  paste,pepper, pudina,coriander leaves and bay leaves.
4) Then add all the powders ,land salt. Add pressure cooked veggies,cook for 2 whistles.Strain the water.
5)  Boil pasta in the vegtable stock with a spoon of oil till done .
6) Once done , mix pasta with the masala .Garnish with coriander leaves.

PASTA CHICKEN SOUP



INGREDIENTS :

Pasta - 200 gms
Boneless chicken - 200 gms
Mixed veggies - 1/2 cup (Carrot, Peas)
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Chicken masala - 1 tsp
Mint leaves
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Corn flour - 1 tsp
Onion - 1 small
Jeera powder - 1 tsp

METHOD OF PREPARATION:


1) Boil pasta with sufficient water till done with a spoon of oil , strain the remaining water and keep aside .

2)Marinate chicken with turmeric powder , salt for 30 min.
3)Heat oil in a pan . Saute Onion and vegetables till done .Followed by addition of chicken and salt .Cook till chicken is well cooked with 
a cup of water and bring it to boil . When the chicken is cooked and the soup thickens.
4) Finally add pasta, corn flour and mix it up well with chicken and veggies .Garnish with mint leaves.

SOUR CREAM PASTA




INGREDIENTS :

Pasta - 100 gms
Mixed veggies - 1/2 cup
Cheese slice as required
Sour Cream - 1 tsp
Herb seasoning - 1 tsp
Salt to taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

1) Saute veggies with oil till it turns soft.


2) Meanwhile , cook pasta and keep aside .




3) Then, add pasta to the veggies with the other ingrdients and mix it up well.



4) Add Sour cream and little salt.


5) Add herb seasoning.


6) Add cheese slice and mix it well.

SPICY CHICKEN PASTA - Home Style



INGREDIENTS :

Pasta - 1 packet (200gms)
Boneless chicken - 1 cup 
Peas, Onion, Red and Green Peppers - 3/4 cup
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Chicken masala - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Tomato sauce - 2 tsps
Milk Cream - 1 tsp



METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1) Boil pasta with sufficient water till done with a spoon of oil , strain the remaining water and keep aside .
2)Marinate chicken with chilli powder,chicken powder , salt for 30 min.
3)Heat oil in a pan . Saute Onion, Peas and Peppers, sprinkle little water for peas to cook well.


4) Then, add chicken , spice powders , sauce and salt. Add little water for the chicken to cook well. Cover with a lid and cook till done.


5) Finally add pasta,cream and mix it up well with chicken and vegetables.


Serve hot.

VEGETABLE SPAGHETTI



INGREDIENTS :

  • Wheat Noodles/ Spaghetti  - 500 gas
  • Onion - 1 chopped
  • Mixed veggies - 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Bell pepper - 1
  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp


METHOD OF PREPARATION :


1) Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and bell pepper, saute till tender.


2) Add mixed veggies with spice powders, salt and water. Cover with a lid and cook till done.


3) Meanwhile, boil noodles in a separate pan and drain the stock. 


4) Once the vegetables are cooked, add noodles and cook till done .Check for salt and spice.

Serve hot .Party Snacks Food by Snehidhi.

CHICKEN CHOW MEIN



INGREDIENTS :

Hakka Noodles- 150 gms 
Spring onions  - 5 
Carrot - 1 small sliced
Dark Soy sauce  -  2 tsps
Chicken pieces - 50 -60 gms
Baby corn - 5 
Red bell pepper - 1/4 cup
Crushed pepper - few
Cayenne pepper powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Sesame oil

METHOD OF PREPARATION :


1) Cook noodles with a spoon of oil and drain the water .  



2) Heat sesame oil in a pan. Saute Baby corn and carrot till tender. Then, add spring onion, sliced bell pepper, garlic cloves.



3) Then , add finely chopped fillet chicken to it, add cayenne pepper and paprika powder with little salt. Mix it up well and cook till the chicken is juicy and tender.


4) Finally , add the noodles, dark soy sauce and Crushed pepper. Toss it up well. 




Serve hot .
