CHILLI EGG BREAD TOAST


INGREDIENTS :

Bread Slices - 6
Onion - 2 (finely chopped)
Green chillies -8 (finely chopped)
Coriander leaves - 1 handful (finely chopped)
Boiled milk - 2 tbsps
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Butter as required

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

1. Take a large mixing bowl. Add in onion, chillies, coriander leaves, chilli powder and Salt. Mix it well.


2) Add in eggs and milk. Beat them well.




3) Dip in the bread slices in the mix and see to that the bread is coated well.


4) Heat dosa tawa.  Once hot, spread little butter and place the bread over it. Place little butter over it. Flip to its side till toasted well.


Serve hot.

SPINACH SANDWICH


INGREDIENTS :

White bread
Cheese slices
Spinach leaves
Tomato and Onion Slices
Mayonnaise Sauce

METHOD OF PREPARATION: 

1. Take a bread slice, spread mayonnaise. Place few spinach leaves, tomato and onion slices.

2. Place a cheese sheet and the other bread slice over it. Toast them till done.



Serve hot.

CHEESE CARROT POTATO SANDWICH


INGREDIENTS :

White bread
Cheese slices
Mayonnaise Sauce

For masala :

Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Carrot - 3 small
Potato - 2 medium
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste

Heat oil in a pan. Once hot, saute onion and tomato till tender. Then add carrot and potato with little water and cook till done. Add Turmeric powder, Chilli powder and Salt. Mash it well. Once done, remove from the flame and allow it to cool down.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. Spread Mayonnaise sauce over the bread.


2. Then, spread the prepared masala.


3. Place the cheese slice. Cover it another bread.


4. Spread little butter over the bread on both sides and place in a toaster till done.
Serve Hot.

ROLLED BREAD OMELETTE


INGREDIENTS :

Bread slices
Eggs - 2
Onion - 1 small
Green chillies - 2
Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Salt to taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1) Beat Eggs well with onion, chillies, jeera, salt and turmeric powder.


2) Spread butter in the pan. Pour in the egg and spread it well. Add some cheese to it.




3) Slice the toasted bread in halves and pace over the egg. Roll the bread in the egg. Cook till done.



Serve hot with Sauce.

ONION CHEESE SANDWICH



INGREDIENTS :

Milk Bread/ White Bread - 4 loaf (for 2 sandwich)
Onion - 1 big
Parsley leaves- few
Cheese as required
Salt to taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1) Saute onion and parley leaves in a spoon of olive oil till tender.




2. Allow it to cool down and blend them finely. Spread it with some cheese over a bread and place the other over it.


3. Place it in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 deg. c. Till done.


 4. Remove it and Serve hot.

POTATO CHEESE SANDWICH



INGREDIENTS :

White bread - 8 slices
Potatoes - 2 big (thin slices)
Onion - 1 big (ringed)
Tomatoes -3 (sliced)
Pepper powder
Cheese slices
Salt to taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

1) Toast the onion slices in a pan till tender. Remove it and keep aside. In the same pan, toast tomatoes.



2) Meanwhile, toast potatoes in a pan with pepper and salt till tender.


3) Toast bread with butter. Place in the tomatoes, onion , potatoes and cheese slice, cover with another toasted bread. Gently press the sides. Flip to its side once and then remove.







Serve hot.

SWEETCORN CHEESE SANDWICH


Sweet Corn is a healthy obesity diet food, rich in food fibre, helping to stimulate intestinal motility and accelerate excretion, preventing constipation,increases metabolism, adjusts the nervous system, and reduce lipemia. 

Children would love Sweetcorn in any recipe. 
Today, I share a simple kids recipe.

Ingredients: 

Butter
Sweet corn – 1 cup
Pepper-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION: 

1) Wash sweet corn and cook till soft. Add  pepper,salt to the corn and mix well .

2)Meanwhile, toast bread with butter on both sides in a dosa pan. 

3) Spread a spoon of corn and cheese slice in a bread. Place the other slice over it and press the corners, toss it well and serve hot.

TOASTED EGG BURGER



Today, I am sharing a simple children breakfast. My children love to take omelette everyday for their breakfast. This is one such recipe, which they generally prefer for breakfast.

INGREDIENTS :

Burger buns 
Eggs
Pepper
Salt to taste
Butter

METHOD OF PREPARATION :



1) Make omelette with pepper and salt.
2) Toast the burger buns with butter.
3) Serve omelette with buns. Taste it with tomato sauce or ketchup.

VEGETABLE MASALA BUN



INGREDIENTS :

Cauliflower florets - 1/2 cup 
Peas - 1/2 cup
Potato - 2 medium size
Tomato - 1 
Onion - 1 big
Curry leaves
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Buns - 6
Butter
 
METHOD OF PREPARATION :

1) Boil vegetables and keep aside . 
2) Saute vegetables in a tsp of Virgin oil with spice powders and salt. Cook till the raw smell leaves. Switch off the flame.


3) Slice the buns, spread vegetables and cheese over it. Arrange all the buns in the baking tray lined with baking sheet. Brush the buns with butter. 


4) Place the tray in the oven and cook for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.



5) Remove the buns and Serve hot.




Masala bun is ready to serve hot .

CHEESE PANEER SPINACH SANDWICH


INGREDIENTS:


  • Wheat Bread - 1  pack
  • Panner - 150 gms
  • Spinach - 150 gms
  • Salt to taste
  • Onion - 1 medium
  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder -1 tsp
  • Cheese 

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

1) Stir fry paneer with a spoon of oil for few minutes.



2) Then add chopped onion to it. 



3) Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt.



4) Mix it up well till it thickens a bit.



4) Then add spinach to it and saute well.



5) Once done , take a bread loaf. Spread butter in a loaf and placed it in the hot dosa tawa.



Flip to its side.

6) Place a cheese spread , spread a loaf with paneer and spinach. Place the other loaf over the other and press slowly over the edges. Flip once in between to avoid burning.








Sandwich is ready to be served hot .
