CAPSICUM RAITHA


Capsicum Raitha is a great dip that can be prepared in minutes, goes well with Paratha's or Bread sticks.

INGREDIENTS :

  • Capsicum
  • Curd
  • Onion
  • Mint leaves
  • Ginger - a small piece
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper powder to taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION :


Mix a cup of thick fresh curd with diced onion , diced capsicum , mint leaves , a piece of chopped ginger , a spoon of pepper jeera powder and salt .

COTTAGE CHEESE DIP


INGREDIENTS :

Soft Cottage cheese - 100 gms
Onion - 1 big finely sliced
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Spicy tomato sauce - 2 tsps
Parsley leaves - few
Salt to taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

1) Heat oil in a pan. Saute onion till tender.


2) Add in the cheese , turmeric powder and mix it well.


3) Mix in the sauce and stir it well.


4) Add salt, mix it well. Garnish it with Coriander leaves.



Serve hot with Sandwich or Roti or Bread Sticks.

CREAMY POTATO SALAD/DIP



INGREDIENTS :

Potato - 150 gms
Full cream - 1 cup
Dried mint leaves
Salt 
Oregano toppings

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

1) Peel the skin and cube potatoes . Boil them till soft with little salt . Allow it to cool.
2) Warm the cream for 2 minutes.Whisk it well and mix with cooled potatoes .
3) Garnish with dried mint and oregano .

Serve chilled .
