INGREDIENTS:
Oats - 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Pepper - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves
Cheese-1 tsp
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1) Mix water with oats to make dosa batter.
2) Powder Cumin seeds,Pepper and Curry leaves.
3) Make plain dosas,spread powder and cheese over it.
Serve hot wih Sambar or Chutney.
