Nellikkai -100 gGreen chillies - 1 noGinger - a small pieceGarlic - 3 clovesSalt to tasteJaggery a pinch(optoinal)
METHOD OF PREPARATION :
1) Remove seeds of nellikkai.2)Grind with a green chilli, a little ginger, garlic, salt and jaggery .3) Season with mustard seed, jeeragam and oil.

hey... first time to your blog and can already see interesting stuffs here and there... i remember amma had once given me nellikai chutney and i behaved as if iam going to puke... such silly creatures we are when we are kids... and later when i tasted it i fell in love with it.... thanks for reminding me of this after ages....
