OATS WHEAT DOSAI




INGREDIENTS:

Oats - 1/2 cup
Wheat flour - 3 tbsps
Onion - 1 finely diced
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Pepper - 1/4 tsp
Green chillies - 4 finely chopped
Curry leaves
Salt to taste


METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1) Mix oats and wheat with water to make dosa batter. Allow it to set for 15 minutes.
2) Add in Onion, green chillies, Cumin seeds,Pepper and Salt.
3) Heat dosa pan. Spread the batter and spray oil. Flip to its side till done.

Serve hot wih Sambar or Chutney.

hey tell me something dont we need to soak the oats... does it dissolve easily.. just a doubt...

Hi,

Please tell me if the oats needs to be ground. Is it easy to spread the oats batter - just like dosas?
