INGREDIENTS :
Rajma -- 1 cup
For masala :
Onion -- 1
Tomato -- 1
Green chillies -- 2
Cashew -- 2 tsp
Coconut -- 3 pieces
Salt to taste
Garam masala -- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder -- 1 tsp
Chilli powder - -1 tsp
METHOD OF PREPARATION :
1) Soak Rajma overnight .
2) Heat oil in a pressure cooker . Once hot add jeera and 2 red chillies , then rajma with the grinded masala and cook for 4 whsitles .
3) Leave in slow flame till the oil separtes .
Serve hot with roti .
