Rajma -- 1 cup
Milk -- 1 cup
Onion -- 1
Tomato - 1
Green chillies - 2
Fennel seeds - -1 tsp
Cashew -- 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder -- 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - -1 tsp
METHOD OF PREPARATION :
1) Soak rajma overnight , strain the water and keep aside .
2) Heat a spoon of oil .Saute onion,tomato and chillies till tender . Allow it to cool.
3) Grind onion mixture with cashews,fennel seeds and powders .
4) Heat pressure cooker . Add a spoon of oil ,once hot,add jeera and mustard ,curry leaves .
5)Then add the grinded masala , rajma , milk and sufficient water .Cook for 5 whistles till rajma is soft and gravy is thick . Garnish with coriander leaves .
Serve hot with rice or rotis .
