PALAK WHEAT OOTHAPPAM





INGREDIENTS : 

Whole wheat flour  - 2 cups
Spinach 1 bunch
Red chillies - 3
Garlic cloves - 4
Salt to taste
Ghee/Unsalted butter .


METHOD OF PREPARATION :

1) Cook spinach with garlic , red chillies with little oil . Allow it to cool down and grind it coarsely.
2) Make dosa batter with wheat flour with little salt .Mix grinded spinach well with the batter .
3)Heat tawa. Once hot , spread thick layer of batter with a spoon of ghee/oil .Then , flip it over till done .

METHI MUSHROOM





INGREDIENT :

Methi leaves - 1 bunch
Mushroom - 150 gms
Chilli powder -1 tsp
Salt to taste
Onion- 1 finely sliced
Tomato - 1 small
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

1) Saute onion ans tomato with little oil till tender and skinny .
2) Add chopped mushroom with spice powders.
3) Cover with a lid till halk cooked.
4) Then , add methi leaves and mix it up well .Cook for 2-3 minutes.
5) Finally add salt and remove from the flame.

Serve hot with Rice /Roti .

CHEESE VEGGIE SANDWICH - MICROWAVE








INGREDIENTS:

Wheat Bread - 1  pack
Mixed vegetables - 1 cup ( Carrot , Beetroot and Methi leaves )
Cheese - 
Salt to taste









METHOD OF PREPARATION :

1 ) Boil chopped veggies in a pressure cooker till soft for 3 whistles with little salt and chilli powder .
2) Once they are cooked mash them well with a ladle.
3) Sandwich the veggies between the breads with cheese spread .
4) Microwave them in grill mode till done .

CHEESE PANEER SANDWICH


INGREDIENTS ;

Wheat bread
Paneer - 200 gms
Cheese spread
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Dried mint 
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

1) Stir fry paneer with spice powders and little salt.
2) Once done , take a bread loaf.Place a cheese spread , stuff it with paneer , again a cheese spread.Followed by a loaf .
3) Grill the sandwich in microwave for 6 minutes . Flip in between to avoid burning.

Sandwich is ready to be served hot .

ONION PODI OOTHAPPAM



INGREDIENTS :

Dosa batter (little thick ) - 2 cups
Onion - 1 finley sliced
Idli milagai podi 

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

1) Heat dosa tawa. Spread batter of thick layer.
2) Sprinkle onion and podi over it.
3) Slowly flip it .
4) Then in 2 minutes , flip it again and serve hot with Sambar or Chutney.

DRY FISH STIR FRY




INGREDIENTS :

Dry fish - 100 gms
Small onion - 150 gms
Green chillies - 7 - 8
Curry leaves
Salt 
Turmeric powder - a pinch


METHOD OF PREPARATION :

1) Heat oil in a kadai . Once hot , saute onion till tender and transparent .
2) Add curry leaves and chopped green chillies.
3) Once done , add washed dry fish with little salt and trumeric powder.Mix it up well .
4) Cook in slow flame till dry fish is cooked well .It tastes good when prepared with gingelly oil.

Serve hot with curd rice.

MUSHROOM NOODLES




INGREDIENTS :

Noodles  - 1 packet
Onion  - 1 small sliced
Soy sauce  -  2 tsps

Tomato - 1 small
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Maggie masala - 1 packetMushroom - 50 gms
Tomato sauce - 1 tsp
Corinader leaves - few


METHOD OF PREPARATION :

1) Cook noodles and drain the water . Toss it up with oil to avoid sticking .
2) Meanwhile ,  saute onion, tomato till tender .
3) Then , add mushroom with spice powders followed by noodles and mix it up well . 
4) Finally , toss it up with sauces and little salt .



Serve hot .

MUSHROOM PEPPER FRY





INGREDIENTS :

Mushroom - 250 gms
Red Chillies - 4
Curry leaves
Salt to taste
Pearl onion - 100gms
Pepper powder - 3 tsps
Jeera powder - 3 tsps
Turmeric powder - 1 tsps

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

1) Heat oil in a cooker . Saute onion till tender with little salt.Followed by curry leaves and red chillies.
2) Then , add mushroom and saute till it leaves some water and semi cooked.
3) Add pepper , turmeric powder and jeera powder and mix it up well for 3 - 5 minutes till the mushroom is well cooked .

Serve hot.
