Potato - 4 (big )
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Vermicilli - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Green chillies - 4
Bread crumbs
METHOD OF PREPARATION :
1) Pressure cook potatoes , mash them and keep aside .
2) Boil vermicilli with little water , drain the stock and allow it to cool .
3) Blend chillies , ginger garlic paste , salt and vermicilli .
4 ) Mix them with mashed potato. Knead them and make small balls . Flatten them, dust it with bread/ biscuit crumps and tawa dry them .
Serve hot with sauce .

the vermicelli potato cutlet sounds lovely but I am avoiding potatoes due to weight issues :o so unfortunately I will enjoy the picture and drool over it and will not be able to taste it.
