INGREDIENTS :
Cooked rice - 1 cup
Eggs - 2
Chopped onion - 1 small
Chopped cabbage - 1 tbsp
Paneer - Grated 2 tbsps
Chopped garlic - 2 tsps
Jeera powder - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Kari masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Salt to taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION :
1) Beat eggs well add a pinch of salt and set aside.
2) Heat oil in a pan .Once hot,saute chopped garlic ,chopped onions, cabbage and saute well until the onions turns translucent.
3) Add a spoon of kari masala powder, jeera powder.
4) Add the beaten eggs and make scrambles.Followed by adding grated paneer.
5 )Now add salt, pepper powder and saute well . 6) 6) Add cooked rice and mix it well.
7 ) Leave on low flame for a minute and switch it off. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
