This Yummy one pot meal is for my friend Divya Pramil , tried out from her space .
Cooked rice - 1 cup
Eggs - 2
- 1/2 cup
Chopped cabbage - 1/2 cup
Paneer - few chunks
Chopped garlic - 2 tsps
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION :
1) Beat eggs well add a pinch of salt and set aside.
2) Chop/Grate paneer and keep aside
3) Heat oil in a pan .Once hot,saute chopped garlic ,chopped onions, cabbage and saute well until the onions turns translucent.
4) Add the beaten eggs and make scrambles.Followed by adding grated paneer.
5 )Now add salt, pepper powder and saute well . 6) Add cooked rice and mix it well.
7 ) Leave on low flame for a minute and switch it off.
Serve hot with Vegetable curry ..Linking it with Guru's Kids Special event,
