A STARTER WITH PANEER/SPICY PANEER CUBES
Paneer-- 200 gms
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Onion - 1 cup chopped
METHOD OF PREPARATION :
1) Heat oil in a kadai . Add chopped onion and saute till tender . Then add curry leaves .
2) Then add cubed paneer pieces and all the other ingredients .
3) Stir them well till all paneer cubes are coated with the masala .
4) Cook in slow flame till done .
Serve hot as an evening snack .
