BRINJAL PAKODA



INGREDIENTS :

Brinjal -- 150 gms
Gram flour -- 1/2 cup
Chilli powder -- 4 tbsps
Salt to taste
Rice flour -- 2 tsps
Jeera - -1 tsp
Ginger -- garlic paste -- 1 tsp

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

1) Mix all the ingredients with little water and marinate for 1 hour .
2) Then deep fry them.
