CHICKEN SOUP




INGREDIENTS:


Chicken --- 200 gms
Chilli powder -- 1 tsp
Pepper powder --- 2 tbsps
Dry ginger powder -- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder -- 1 tsp
Coriander Powder -- 1 tsp
Onion -- 1
Jeera --- 1 tsp
Salt to taste

Special masala:

Red chillies -- 3
Ginger + Coriander + Chilli powder

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

1) Heat pressure cooker and add oil . Once hot , add chopped onion .When it becomes tender , add chicken and saute well it chicken leaves some water .

2)Add special masala and all other powders with salt and pressure cook for 5 whistles .

3) Once cooked , serve hot . Good for severe cough and cold.

HOMEMADE MUTTON MASALA POWDER

INGREDIENTS :

Red Chillies - 25 gms
Coriander seeds - 15 gms
Cumin seeds - 10 gms
Black Pepper- 10 gms
Biriyani Leaf- 3
Cloves - 10 gms
Dried and fried Garlic cloves - 10 nos
Cinnamon sticks - few
Staranise - few
Dried Mint - 5 tsps
Kasthuri Methi - few 
Mustard - 1 tsp
Fennel seeds - 5 gms
Kuskus - 1 tsp
Salt

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

1) Dry fry them one by one and grind them to a fine powder with sufficient salt.
2) Store them in an air tight container.
