BROCOLLI STIR FRY



INGREDIENTS :

Brocolli - 1 big 
Jeera powder - 1 tsp
Chilli powder- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1tsp
Salt to taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

1) Clean the florets in hotwater with turmeric powder and salt.
2) Drain the water. Add Turmeric powder, chilli powder, jeera powder and salt. Mix it well.



3) Heat oil in a flat pan .Once hot add brocolli florets .
4) Cover with a lid .Cook in slow flame for 5-10 minutes till done.



Remove from flame and serve hot with rice /roti.
