INGREDIENTS:
Liver / Eeral - 300 gms
Salt to taste
Curry and Coriander leaves
Tomato - 1 sliced
Mutton masala - 2 tsps
Onion - 1 sliced
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
FOR MASALA :
To Grind:
Tomato - 1 big
Ginger - a small piece
Garlic cloves - 4
Fennel seeds , Kuskus , Coriander seeds - 1 tsp each
Coconut - 1/2 of the whole
Cinnamon sticks - 2
Cloves -2
METHOD OF PREPARATION :
1) Heat a ladle of oil . Once hot , saute onion till brown .
2) Add tomato and saute till skinny .
3)Add the grinded masala , spice powders and salt. Saute it the raw smell leaves.
4) Add cleaned and washed liver to it and cook till it leaves some water and cooked well .

5) Cook till the oil separates out . Garnish with Coriander leaves.
Serve hot with Rice / Roti / Dosa / Idli .

I usually have liver fry and a few pieces of curry are added in our regular preparation. But never an exclusive curry! Looks delish and am sure tasted great as well!
