Hi everyone,

I want to catch some inspirations since my cooking skills are on a very basic level and i often do the same stuff over and over again. However i really like the indian way of cooking and want to try out some recipes by myself. My Question is about the most important and basic part of the meal i guess, the rice. What is the best way to make it? Shall it be sticky like the Japanese like it, or not? How do u like it most? And the most important point how do i cook it properly?

I am looking forward to all the answers :-)

Greetings
Patrick
