PANEER CASHEW MASALA


INGREDIENTS :

Onion -- 1
Tomato -- 1
Paneer -- 2oo gms
Cashews --- 15 pieces
Curry leaves
Chilli powder -- 2 tsp
Turmeric powder -- 1 tsp
Garam masala -- 1 tsp
Jeera -- 1 tsp

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

1) Grind tomato,onion,cashews,chilli powder and turmeric powder .
2) Mariante paneer pieces with chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt for 20 minutes .
3) Heat oil . Once hot add a spoon of Jeera and curry leaves . When it splutters , add grinded masala ,salt and little water.
4) Then,add paneer pieces and cover with a lid in slow flame till the oil separates .

Simple yet delicious looking!Although not a big fan of Cashews, any curry cooked in its gravy is simply rich and delicious.That is the only way I eat cashews!
