Potato -- 100 g
Bread -- as per requirement .. I used wheat bread .
Green chillies -- 3
Ginger-garlic paste -- 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Grated coconut--2 tsps
METHOD OF PREPARATION :
1) Boil potato and peel the skin . Mashed them well.
2) Grind chillies ,ginger-garlic paste , coconut and salt .
3) Mix them well with potato.
4) Cut the corners of bread.Dip it in water and squeeze the excess water .
5) Stuff with the potato and roll them into small balls.
6)Then,deep fry them and serve with sauce .
