CARROT DOSAI



INGREDIENTS:

Dosa batter - 3 cups
Carrot -- 6
Green chillies - 3
Jeera --  2 tsps
Chilli powder -- 1 tsp
Kasturi methi -- 2 tsps
Turmeric powder -- 1 tsp
Salt to taste



METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1) Grind the chopped carrots without water in a blender.


2) Mix it with the batter . Add chilli powder, jeera, Turmeric powder, garam masala, salt and Kasturi methi.


3) Mix the batter well.


4) Heat dosa tawa .Once hot spread the batter evenly with a ladle and spread a spoon of ghee.


4) Then flip to its side till roasted.

Once done , serve hot with Sambar/Chutney.

I guess we can make dosa with anything...thats how you are coming with so many varieties.

Even a dumb fellow can come up with his own variety by putting some edible ingredient..

i tried your carrot dosa and tomato dosa,both r simply superb.sambar and peanut chutney was gr8 with these dosa's.
