Mushroom---200 gms
Cream--2 tbsps
Milk--1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Coconut--2 pieces
Mustard.Jeera--- 1tsp each
Curry leaves
Green chillies--2
Garam masala--1 tsp
Chilli powder -- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder--1/2 tsp


1) Saute onion and onion in a spoon of oil.Then blend in a mixer to form masala with green chillies,coconut and cashews.
2)Heat oil . Once hot,add mustard and jeera.When it splutters , add mushroom and saute till tender.
3)Add grinded masala with garam masala,chilli powder ,turmeric powder and salt.
4)Then add milk and cream.Cook tiil the gravy becomes thick.

mushrooms are not really my favourites, but ive started liking them grilled these days...just cos i dont like mushrooms, i never make mushroom curry but AJ loves it and i'll make this one of these days :)

Red Chillies - 25 gms
Coriander seeds - 15 gms
Cumin seeds - 10 gms
Black Pepper- 10 gms
Biriyani Leaf- 3
Cloves - 10 gms
Dried and fried Garlic cloves - 10 nos
Cinnamon sticks - few
Staranise - few
Dried Mint - 5 tsps
Kasthuri Methi - few 
Mustard - 1 tsp
Fennel seeds - 5 gms
Kuskus - 1 tsp


1) Dry fry them one by one and grind them to a fine powder with sufficient salt.
2) Store them in an air tight container.
