Swede are also known as yellow turnip. They are a good source of Vitamin C, Vitamin B6 and has high dietary fibre.
INGREDIENTS :
Swede - 1 mediumRed Chillies - 3
Mustard and Urat dal - 1 tsp each
Grated Coconut - 2 tsps
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Onion - 1
Sambar powder- 1 tsp
