- Basmati Rice - 1 cup( Soak in water for 20 minutes)
- Beetroot - 1 big
- Cloves -2
- Cinnamon sticks - 2
- Annasi poo - 2
- Biriyani leaves - 2
- Onion - 1 sliced
- Green chillies - 2
- Salt to taste
- Biriyani powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Kari masala powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves - few
