Dosa batter - 2 cups
Rajma , Black urat dal , Pigeon peas , Cow peas - 2 cups
Onion - 1 big
Tomato - 1 big
Salt to taste
Sambar powder - 2 tsps
METHOD OF PREPARATION :
1) Soak dals over night and pressure cook it for 4 whisltes , till it softens well .
2) Heat oil in a pan . Once hot , saute onion till tender and transparent.
3) Followed by tomato and spice powders with salt .When the masala thickens , add the cooked dals in it and mix well with salt .
4) Serve hot rolled up with Dosai.
