MIXED BEANS MASALA DOSAI


INGREDIENTS :

  • Dosa batter - 2 cups
  • Black channa dal , Pinto beans , chick peas , Cow peas - 2 cups
  • Onion - 1 big
  • Tomato - 1 big
  • Salt to taste
  • Sambar powder - 2 tsps
  • Garam masala - 1 tsp

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

1) Soak dals over night and pressure cook it for 4 whisltes , till it softens well .



2) Heat oil in a pan . Once hot , saute onion till tender and transparent.
3) Followed by tomato and spice powders with salt .When the masala  thickens , add the cooked dals in it and mix well with salt and grinded coconut. 






4) Serve hot rolled up with Dosai.
