VEGETABLE MASALA BUN



INGREDIENTS :

Cauliflower florets - 1/2 cup 
Peas - 1/2 cup
Potato - 2 medium size
Tomato - 1 
Onion - 1 big
Curry leaves
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Buns - 6
Butter
 
METHOD OF PREPARATION :

1) Boil vegetables and keep aside . 
2) Saute vegetables in a tsp of Virgin oil with spice powders and salt. Cook till the raw smell leaves. Switch off the flame.


3) Slice the buns, spread vegetables and cheese over it. Arrange all the buns in the baking tray lined with baking sheet. Brush the buns with butter. 


4) Place the tray in the oven and cook for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.



5) Remove the buns and Serve hot.




Masala bun is ready to serve hot .
