A yummy chaat from Divya's space.
INGREDIENTS :
Moong Sprouts / Green gram Sprouts - 1/4 cup
Big onion - 1 (finely chopped)
Curd - 1 cup
Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
Omapodi / Aloo bhujiya - for garnishing
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION :
1) Mix curd and sugar well .Keep aside.
2) Mix all the above said ingredients and the curd mixture .Mix them well.
3 ) Garnish it with some omapodi, sprinkle few pinches of cumin powder .
Serve immediately.
