POHA CHAAT / SALAD


INGREDIENTS :


Poha - 1 cup

Red Chillies `- 4

Onion - 1 chopped

Tomato - 1 chopped

Coriander leaves

Lemon juice

 Peanuts - 2 tbsps

Salt to taste


METHOD OF PREPARATION :


1) Roast poha , peanuts and red chillies with salt in a spoon of oil till crunchy .

2) Remove from the flame and transfer it to a big bowl .

3) Mix chopped onion , tomato and lemon juice .

4) Garnish it with Coriander leaves.



Linking it up with Street Party Food event .
