SEMIYA CORN UPMA:


INGREDIENTS:

Semiya - 1 cup
Green chillies - 2
Corn - 1 cup
Salt to taste.
Curry and coriander leaves.
Mustard , urat dal - 1/2 tsp


METHOD OF PREPARATION:


1) Boil a sufficient of water (depends ) with little salt .
2) When it starts boilind add corn.
3)After 5 minutes , add semiya and stir well.Cover with a lid.
4) Wait till water is drained out.
5) Heat oil in a pan.Add mustard,urat dal,green chillies and curry leaves and then add it to upma.

All the 3 recipes for white theme...sounds interesting. I like that paal kozhukattai more, but never made them so far.....
yummy kozhukatai... i have not tried this. will make it for new year,.

HOMEMADE MUTTON MASALA POWDER

INGREDIENTS :

Red Chillies - 25 gms
Coriander seeds - 15 gms
Cumin seeds - 10 gms
Black Pepper- 10 gms
Biriyani Leaf- 3
Cloves - 10 gms
Dried and fried Garlic cloves - 10 nos
Cinnamon sticks - few
Staranise - few
Dried Mint - 5 tsps
Kasthuri Methi - few 
Mustard - 1 tsp
Fennel seeds - 5 gms
Kuskus - 1 tsp
Salt

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

1) Dry fry them one by one and grind them to a fine powder with sufficient salt.
2) Store them in an air tight container.
