INGREDIENTS:
Rice flour - 1 cup
Grated coconut - 1 cup
Jaggery syrup - 1 1/4 cup
Elachi powdered - 2 tsp
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1) Knead rice flour with warm water and oil to a soft dough.
2) Meanwhile, fry grated coconut with little oil till the flavour rules out.
3) Add in the jaggery syrup and leach powder, cook till it thickens.
4) )Smear your hands with a sesame oil. Make small balls and flatten the balls.
5) Place in the Poornam and roll to its half.
6) Steam cook them in idli pan till done.
