Onion(small)-1 1/2 cupGarlic cloves- 1 cup
Ginger - a small piece
Channa dal - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds,Jeera - 1 tsp
Curry Leaves and Coriander leaves
Rice- 1 cup
Fry them in kadai for a minute and then powder them.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1) Pressure cook rice for 2 whistles.2) Heat oil in a kadai.When hot,add mustard,jeera,channa dal and curry leaves. 3) When it splutters,add finely chopped onion and garlic.Fry till they become tender.
4) Add the powder and mix well with little water.Finally add rice and mix well.
