Onion(small)-1 1/2 cupGarlic cloves- 1 cup
Ginger - a small piece
Channa dal - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds,Jeera - 1 tsp
Curry Leaves and Coriander leaves
Rice- 1 cup
Red chillies-6 Pepper-1 tsp, coconut pieces-3, Garlic cloves- 8. Fry them in kadai for a minute and then powder them.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1) Pressure cook rice for 2 whistles.2) Heat oil in a kadai.When hot,add mustard,jeera,channa dal and curry leaves.
3) Add the grinded masala and mix well with little water.
