INGREDIENTS :
Eggs - 6
Onion - 2 medium sized
Tomato -1 big size
Green chillies - 5
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Chilli Tomato Sauce - 2bsps
Soy sauce - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves -few
Cooked Rice - 1 cup
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. Heat oil in a kadai. Once hot, saute finely chopped onion, tomato, green chillies till tender.
2. Add in chilli tomato sauce, soy sauce, Chilli powder salt and saute till the raw smell leaves.
3. Drop the eggs and cook till the are scrambled well with the masala.
4. Then, mix in the cooked rice and garnish with coriander leaves.
