Ghee Masala Dosai is my mom's favourite dosai. It tops the Breakfast menu in all the Tiffin Centres in Tamilnadu. A fulfilling yummy breakfast to start our day.
Today, I am sharing our preparation of Masala Dosai at home.

METHOD OF PREPARATION :
1) Heat Dosa pan . Spread the batter , spray a tsp of Ghee.
2) After 2 minutes, spread the potato masala over the dosa evenly. Spread 1 tsp of ghee over it.
3) Cover with a lid. After 2 minutes, slowly roll out the crispy Masala dosa and transfer it to the plate.
Serve hot with sambar or chutney .
