PEANUT / GROUNDNUT CHUTNEY

INGREDIENTS :

Peanuts --1/2 cup Coconut pieces - 1/4 cup Red chillies --3 Mustard , Urat dal - 1 tsp each Curry leaves Salt to taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

1 ) Heat oil in a pan .Add mustard and urat dal.Once it splutters , add red chillies , peanuts and coconut and fry till roasted .
2) Allow it to cool and blend them with salt.
3) Temper with mustard,urat dal and curry leaves.

Serve hot with dosa or idli.

Peanut chutney is our all time favorite and I remember that was kind of one of the first recipes I blogged about. All of yours look nice.

Hi Shama! Peanut chutney is something that I've started liking recently... definitely gives a unique taste.. yours looks great! Actually I like all of your chutneys, especially radish! very different.. :)
