Coriander seeds - 50 gms
Cumin seeds - 50 gms
Peppercorns - 50 gms
Cloves - 20 gms
Cinnamon sticks - 20 gms

Annasi Poo /Star Anise-- 10 gms
Biriyani leaves - 3


1) Dry roast all the ingredients in a kadai , one by one till the flavour rules out.
2) Allow it to cool down .
3) Grind it to a fine powder . 
4) Store it in an air tight container .
