INGREDIENTS :
Whole wheat flour - 2 cups
Salt to taste
Ghee/Unsalted butter .
For Carrot Stuffing:
Saute carrot , jeera , Capsicum, pepper till the raw smell leaves and grind it very finely.
METHOD OF PREPARATION :
1) Make dough with the grinded carrot for chapathi .
2) Roll a small ball of dough for chaphathi .
3)Heat tawa. Once hot , place it and flip to its sides till done .
