Channa dal - 1 cup
Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup
Sugar- 1 cup
Cashew/Almond powder - 2 tsps
Boiled milk - 1 cup
METHOD OF PREPARATION :
1) Soak dal for 2 hrs and cook for 3 whisltes and allow it to cool down.
2) Meanwhile roast coconut in a spoon of ghee and keep aside.
3) Ghee roast dal well in a kadai , followed by coconut,cashew powder and cup of sugar .Mix it up till the flavour rules out .
