Potato - 200 gRed chillies - 2
Jeera 1 tsp
Curry leavesGrated Coconut - 3 tbsps
Salt to tastePepper Jeera powder - 2 tsps
2)Then mash them and keep aside.3)Heat oil in a kadai .Add mustard and urat dal .When it splutters , add red chillies and curry leaves.
4)Then add grated coconut and fry for a minute .5)Add potato and mix them well .
6) Add pepper jeera powder and mix them well with little salt before removing from flame.
Serve hot with rice.
