OATS PORRIDGE / KANJI
INGREDIENTS :
Oats - 1/4 cup
Chillies - 2
Onion - 1 chopped
Carrot - 1 grated
Salt to taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION :
1) Boil oats well with sufficient water and salt.
2) Garnish it with Raw chiilies, onion and carrot .
Serve hot .
