INGREDIENTS :
Ghee - 1/2 cup
Maida / Plain flour - 1 cup
Yogurt - 1/4 cup
Honey - 2 tbsps
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 2 scoops
Coconut (dessicated ) - 1/4 cup
METHOD OF PREPARATION :
1) Ghee must in liquid form . Mix in ghee , yogurt ,Honey, Maida , Salt , Sugar and Coconut to a soft dough .You can more ghee if needed for kneading . Keep is aside for 20 mins.
2)Meanwhile , preheat oven to 200 deg c for 15 minutes . Once done , roll small balls of dough and flatten it .Coat it with coconut and place them in a greased baking pan.
3) Bake for 20 minutes . Check it out , by pricking it with a knife whether it is still sticky or done .
4) Once done , switch off the oven and remove the cookies to a plate and allow it to cool .
Yummy Ghee Cookies are ready .
